To ensure you are completely satisfied with the service that you are receiving when you hire JMS Enterprises to clean your carpet, our technicians will walk through our 28 Point Quality Inspection Checklist with you. If you are unhappy with any phase of the work, the technician will correct the problem or we will return 100% of your payment.

Phase Two

On time or we pay you! We understand how important your time is. If our technician doesn't show up within the hour and a half window that we promised he would, we will give you $1 off your bill for every minute he is late (up to 30 minutes).

Phase Three

Guaranteed clean carpets for 60 days or we'll clean them again for free.

Phase Four

Home sale guarantee. If you sell your home within six months of having your carpets cleaned, we will clean the same carpets again as a gift to your buyers. How's that for a sales concession? Tell them you'll throw in a carpet cleaning and they'll never know the difference.
